David Crowell, Owner / President
Dave started in the electrical field in 1973, working for an electrical contractor. In 1980 he and two others started an electrical contracting company. 14 years later, in 1995, he started David Crowell Electric. Dave currently manages the business, provides estimates, and manages projects.
In his time off, Dave enjoys spending time with his wife, kids, and grand kids. He also enjoys fishing, listening to the Stones or Tom Petty, and watching a good movie.
Dave has built a strong company foundation that allows growth. His goals include learning something new every day, appreciating what he has, and helping others achieve their goals.
Craig Flournoy, Estimator / Project Manager
Craig has a dual role as both an Estimator and a Project Manager for David Crowell Electric. He has served the company in this capacity for just over 11 years. He has been in the electrical industry for nearly 40 years.
Starting in 1981 as an electrician, Craig served in the field as a California state certified journeyman where he eventually transitioned into a foreman for several large southern California electrical contractors.
25 years ago, Craig moved from the field to working in the office in the capacity he currently serves DCE as an Estimator and Project Manager.
Chrissie Schlater, Accounting Dept Manager
Chrissie has worked in the industry for the past 33 years. She is responsible for the Payables and Receivables for the company. David Crowell Electric has been her home for the past 15 years, and she loves working here!
David Martinez, Electrical Superintendent
With more than 15 years of experience in all fields of electrical including service and commercial building, David brings knowledge from the field to his position as Superintendent.
His electrical experience includes tenant improvement projects; new/ground up projects; troubleshooting fire alarm and security systems; overall building maintenance; and mechanical rooms; troubleshooting lighting programs.
When he’s not at work handling the many tasks he has as a Superintendent, he spends his off time working on his house and spending time with family.
Dionne Kalima, Human Resources-Office Manager
As a HR-Office Manager there are many roles that Dionne fills, from employee matters, payroll to the daily running of the office. Dionne has enjoyed the 4 years she has been with DCE and has put forth her previous management knowledge in her role.
With years of management experience, her current role with DCE has now given her a more in-depth knowledge of Human Resources.
She enjoys spending her off time cuddling up with her nieces & nephews and hanging out with family and friends!
Kenny Impastato, Service Manager
As a DCE Service Manager Kenny oversees many jobs as well as handling the bidding of the service jobs. Kenny has been in the electrical industry for over 30 years and has now taken on the role of Manager. He’s done an amazing job ramping up DCE’s service business over the past 3 years. When not at work, Kenny enjoys his time out on the golf course.
